WHAT IS TATE DIAMOND’S RETURN POLICY?

TaTe Diamonds offers a 30-day return policy for item(s) purchased through TaTe Diamonds.com, provided the return conditions specified on our “Returns” page are met. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted after 30 days of purchase.

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY?

We offer an Exclusive One-Year Warranty for any manufacturing defect and a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the stone quality of our exclusive natural diamonds. See our “Warranty” page for more information.

WHAT IS IN MY PACKAGE?

Orders placed on our website are delicately placed in our luxurious jewelry box. A polish cloth, romance card, and gift bag are also enclosed in your package.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES TaTe DIAMONDS ACCEPT?

TaTe Diamonds offers secure checkout with all major US credit cards Mastercard, Visa, American Express; ApplePay, PayPal, and Bank Wire. Installment plans are also accepted through Affirm.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?

Currently, we only accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.Please allow 2-3 business days from the date of purchase to receive an email notification that will include tracking number and order details. All orders are shipped via FedEx 2 Day (or major carrier), and next-day delivery is available at a surcharge with signature confirmation. Overnight orders must be placed before 10AM PT for next business day delivery. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@tatediamonds.com if your order requires Saturday delivery. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.

CAN TATE DIAMONDS MAKE A CUSTOM PIECE OF JEWELRY FOR ME?

TaTe Diamonds specializes in full custom design, and can create the jewelry piece you desire. For more details, please visit our page on Custom Designed Jewelry or contact us. Kindly note that our custom orders require 4-6 weeks lead time.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?

TaTe Diamonds jewelry stocks inventory regularly. In the case that an item(s) is unavailable due to high demand, production can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks. Production time is subject to change. Kindly note that our custom orders require 4-6 weeks lead time.

CAN TATE DIAMONDS JEWELRY BE MODIFIED?

Kindly note that any modifications will void the warranty. Contact customer service for more information on modifying or customizing your TaTe Diamonds jewelry. For our custom-order pieces, we are able to customize our items to fit your personal preferences. For example, we can modify the finish, the precious metal, and the gems that we set.

IS IT SAFE TO USE AN ULTRASONIC CLEANING SYSTEM?

It is safe to clean Tate Diamonds jewelry in an ultrasonic cleaner. See our Cleaning & Care instructions for more information.
